Returns and exchanges
For hygienic reasons, I will not accept returns on earrings.
Payment
Payment is expected immediately and a payment reminder will be sent after 3 days. If item has not been paid for within 5 working days, the order will be deemed to be cancelled.
Shipping
Please allow 2-4 days after payment is confirmed for item to be shipped. I generally do ship faster than that! I will send a shipping confirmation once I have shipped the item.
Shipping is sent via Hong Kong Standard Airmail. Extra fees are needed for additional postal services, e.g. track number, priority, express mail. Please let me know before you checkout the item. Delivery normally takes 5 – 14 business days.
All orders will be shipped to your address listed in ETSY, unless another recipient/address is specified in the ETSY "message to seller" section.
