Beautiful photo! I got this for my mom's birthday as we've spent a lot of time at fallen leaf lake and she loved it. Such a special place and a great photo.

Arrived on Tuesday before the expected Friday. Tish loves her happy monster which she calls her little tishling thing. Minor mischief and many snuggles. The smily monster likes listening to Enya. Thank you so much from us both!

I won't ship it out until you've paid for it. Them's the rules.
Shipping
I'm a big recycler, so my packaging can be a bit creative. Therefore, you're likely to receive your item in a reused envelope or box. I reuse what's at hand. I WILL be sure to carefully package your item to prevent breakage or damage. If the item you're buying is a gift, and you'd like it to look a little more polished...I'd be happy to wrap it and make it pretty. Just ask.

I use the U.S. Postal service, generally First Class (for packages under 13 oz) and Parcel post for those over 13 oz. First Class takes 2-5 days. Parcel Post can take up to 10 days, so please be patient. If you need something right away, let me know, and I'll see how fast I can ship it to you. You can get a pretty good deal on those flat rate priority boxes they sell at the post office.

If you live somewhere other than the U.S., just ask!

Shipping cost is a rough guess on my part, since I don't know where I'm sending an item until you buy it! If I'm off by more than a few dollars, I will issue you a refund via Paypal for the difference. And please remember that shipping & handling also includes the cost of packaging as well as my time to find a suitable box at the recycling center, wrapping up your item for a safe journey, and taking the package to the post office.

I do my best to ship items in a timely manner. However, once I've dropped the package off at the PO, delivery times are out of my hands. If you have issue with a delivery, it's best to contact your local Post Office for help. If I've done my part in shipping it within the agreed upon time frame (as will be shown in the tracking info), I cannot refund your shipping costs personally, as I paid the PO for their services with it. Refunds for items lost in the mail, or for missed deadlines, must be taken up with the Post Office.

All that being said, the Post Office usually does a pretty good job. :)

Once I print out the shipping label for your package, Paypal should send you an automated e-mail giving you a tracking number. If you need one, and didn't get it from Paypal, please ask and I'll send it to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not thrilled with what you ordered, please let me know what I can do to fix it, whether that means sending you a different item or refunding your money. I like to see all positive ratings on my site, and I'll do what I can to make you happy with our transaction.
