I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, please send me a convo so I can try to make it right. Please contact me before leaving negative feedback so I can have a chance to make you a happy customer. I will accept returns 7 days after you receive your item. I will gladly refund or exchange your item as quickly as possible; no refunds can be made until I receive the item being returned.

While I typically don’t accept returns on custom or personalized items, please convo me with your reason for wanting to return and we can see if there is an exception.

I accept Paypal, credit cards and gift cards. Paypal orders are due immediately. I ship all items ordered 2-3 days after I receive payment. Please contact me if you have any questions, I am very open to communication!
Shipping
I ship through the USPS first class. This takes about 2-5 days. If you need your item shipped Priority, please send me a convo and I will send you a revised invoice. I ship to etsy addresses so if you would like me to ship to a different address than what is on etsy, please let me know in the message to seller box or shoot me a convo.
