chicyarn's Shop Policies

Thanks for stopping by my shop. I love to use anything that is soft and luxurious so that you can benefit from my champagne taste too. I categorize my work as either simple and elegant or whimsical and colorful. I love all natural fibers, particularly from animals.

I accept Paypal and would like to receive payment within 3 days from the purchase. I do own a fiber business in the state of Missouri and am required to charge sales tax on any item sold in the state of Missouri. Orders from any other states or country will not incur any tax.

All items listed on etsy are ready to ship. As soon as I receive your payment, I will ship within 48 hrs ( unless it's a weekend order, then the order will go out on Monday or Tuesday). If there is an expected delay, I will convo you.
I like to ship USPS priority mail for faster delivery. I typically do not do comfirmation nor insurance unless requested. I have found the US postal service very reliable. If you prefer any other method please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please bear in mind that different computer monitors may show colors differently. I work very hard to make sure that the pictures I show depict the items truthfully. However it is possible that the item you receive is not what you expected. If you are unhappy with the look or craftmanship of the yarn, please return the item within 7 days from the receipt and make sure to contact me before you return anything. I will be happy to refund your money but unfortunately not your shipping cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Source of Fiber:
I raise my own angora rabbits and they are gently shorn every three months, not killed in the wool harvesting process. I obtain my mohair from small, local growers in the US.

If there is a yarn that you love and would lile to have more, I am usually able to reproduce it. Please convo me.
