Most little girls dream of their perfect wedding dress for when they grow up. I always imagined myself making dresses for my own little girl one day. My dolls had new outfits on every month. My poor brothers had to suffer through several dress ups. I even took pictures of them.

Now that I have kids of my own I make them a new outfit as often as I can. I love creating clothes that have a story. Most of my creations have been something else in another live. My studio is stocked up with pre loved clothes and boxes full of haberdashery I saved from the bin. Every week I turn my local thrift shop inside out in search of fabric, leather, beads, buttons and stuffed animals. I can see a new and unique garment in everything.
