Where is my package? Can you send a new one?
I am not responsible for items once they leave my possession. If there is an issue, please contact me, but I must charge you to replace the item. Sometimes the tracking is off, so don't always rely on that (ex. if it says Pre-Transit, there is still a chance it could have arrived -- this happens often).
What is the difference between shipping options?
If you don't upgrade shipping, then I purchase a label that is the same price as a stamp. The tracking on this is not very accurate, so if you wish to upgrade and see exactly where your item is, I would suggest upgrading to the $3 shipping (US only).
