Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately, I'm not taking custom orders or commissions at this time.

Can I get a refund on a Custom Order?

Unfortunately, no I cannot offer a refund because it is a personalized item and cannot be resold or reused.

What if the shipping address listed on my order is incorrect?

If you place an order with an incorrect shipping address, you can message me to correct it, only if the order has not already been shipped. If an order has already been shipped and does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on the order, unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund as it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

What if my order gets lost in the mail or does not arrive?

If the shipping address on the order is correct and it has been shipped to the provided shipping address, message me to let me know. You can also contact USPS and file a dispute. If it is a sticker order, I will re-send a new one. For all other items, once your tracking says delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If I confirm your shipping address with you and I have shipped you a replacement item and it still does not arrive, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
