2 out of 5 starsI wanted to love this but the mug itself isn’t as big as I would have hoped. And the letters on the mug are just stickers. I can just peel them off. Kinda disappointing.

How to Care for Your Glitter Cups
Each mug/glass/tumbler is carefully handmade. The glitter is completely sealed (three times!) and no shedding will occur. :)
Each item comes with a care card instructing you to gently hand wash your cup. Use a soft sponge, regular dish soap, and gently pat dry or air dry. They cannot go through the dishwasher, in the microwave, or left submerged in water to soak.
The vinyl used is high grade outdoor permanent vinyl. It will withstand your daily use and washing when properly cared for. Please do not pick at the vinyl or scratch it off or it can damage and begin to come up.
Shipping & Handling Questions
I send all items within the US via USPS, which typically takes 2-5 business days. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, delivery times are out of my control. You may experience delays due to holidays, weather, etc. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped & you can track your package accordingly. I cannot guarantee a delivery date, only a ship by date which is considered to be when I drop it off at the post office.
Can I See a Proof of My Custom Design?
For custom orders, I can send you a proof to make sure it is what you had in mind and for overall design approval. This is done by request only.
Please note that sending a proof and waiting for your approval can add extra time to the process of making and getting your order completed by up to a few days.

***However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the case of an order being sent to the wrong address, because of incorrect information given by the buyer, the order will be reshipped once it's returned to the seller. Reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer.
