I'm a legal professional by day and a mom. Cross-stitching, baking and creating tasty treats have been my hobbies for years.

Returns and exchanges
My edible products are made-to-order and as such cannot be returned. However, if the product is defective or damaged I will replace it free of charge. Notification of damaged items must be done within 24 hours of delivery. I will not be able to replace or reimburse orders that have been retained for longer than 24 hours.

For an exchange or reimbursement, quality photos showing details of all the damaged items must be submitted. Also, photos of the outside of the box should be included. I will gladly offer a full refund excluding shipping costs or exchange it, promptly, free of charge and with as little hassle as possible.

Shipping
Non-Edible items: Shipped using USPS First Class Mail. 2-5 day delivery.

Edible items: Shipped within the USA using USPS Priority Mail. 2-3 day delivery. During the warmer months all chocolate items are shipped with ice/cool gel packs, these are included in your shipping charges. These items are made to order with a 2-3 week lead time.

Shipping to Canada via First-Class International.

Once a package is marked "Shipped" and accepted at my local post office the package is out of my hands. This means that delivery dates and times are in the hands of the postal service. I cannot refund shipping for delays caused by the USPS.

Local Customers - For those semi-near me (Eastern Massachusetts), I do offer local pick-up and will waive the shipping charges. You must contact me to arrange prior to checking out to work out the arrangements.

ALLERGEN ALERT: My treats are prepared on equipment that has contact with wheat, soy, nuts and dairy. If you have sensitivities to any of these, please contact me.

Please track your packages and do not let them sit out in direct heat or sunlight upon delivery.

Chocolate should be stored at Room Temperature unless otherwise noted and eaten within 3 to 4 weeks of arrival.
