5 out of 5 starsMy Chocolate Crack arrived even sooner than I expected and was every bit as good as I hoped! It has that real unsweetened chocolate flavor with just enough sweetness and some other flavorings, plus I love the firmer outside and slightly softer inside. A warning: it will put all of us chocolate lovers to the test of how much self-restraint we can muster because they are so delicious! (But I recommend you order them anyway.) And they will make a great gift.

Chocolate Church: Where Heretics Go for Communion
Hello, fellowbeings! I started making my own chocolate about fifteen years ago; in those fifteen years, my chocolate has powered me through all manner of adventures and ordeals, including publishing my first book and waking at 4 A.M. to deliver organic juice cleanses to rich Manhattanites on a giant trike. And it's taught me about the role played by theobromine (the active alkaloid in chocolate) in opening the heart: over and over, I've relied on Holy Crack! (and its precursor, Holy Crackao), not only for the gumption to do things but the courage to do them with love.
These days, however, I interact with Crack a little differently: I eat it once a week, on Sunday morning. I turn to it for celebration, for connection with Source, for amplified joy. And I look forward to Sunday, the other six days: Chocolate Church is the most enjoyable ritual I perform all week.
Who doesn't love a good ritual? Who wouldn't want to sub in a delicious ball of delight and medicine for a tasteless (non-organic) wafer? Millions of people. Maybe billions. Most people, after all, are still in thrall to sugar, and mass production, and commodity ingredients. But not you.
You DO love a good ritual. You ARE ready to join me in communing with the living web, while melting into agape. So go ahead and join me. And make sure to check your favorite podcast app, every other Sunday, for a new episode of my fortnightly celebration of heresy, also called Chocolate Church (for more on that, go here: https://helenzuman.com/chocolatechurch/podcast/).
