I do not accept any returns. I cannot offer any refunds due to breakage and or melting. I offer re-usable ice packs for purchase in my shop. Please purchase ice packs if your weather is above 70 degrees. Usually 1 ice pack per 2 dozen lollipops would be safe.

If you are concerned about breakage please ask for insurance. I would be more than happy to add insurance to your order. The post office does not insure against melting. If your weather is hot and your house is a late in the afternoon drop off, consider shipping to an alternate address. Please do not leave your chocolates at your front door, they will melt if they sit in the sun.

All my products are made fresh to order. I do not carry any stock of my items. As soon as your payment is received I will begin to create your order. When ordering for a specific number of people please consider ordering extra in the event of breakage, or you drop one, or eat one. Chocolate is of a fragile nature. Even excellent packaging cannot prevent breakage. Chocolate, once prepared has a shelf life of about six months.

Usually I have minimums on all of my items. To me it doesn't make sense to order one lollipop because the shipping of that one lollipop will be almost as expensive as shipping 10 lollipops. Since chocolate is of a fragile nature I can't put one lollipop in an envelope and ship. It needs bubble wrap and peanuts and sometimes ice which leads to a heavy box.

I have found that nine times out of ten, my best method of shipping is with a flat rate box. With adding ice to a box, ice adds weight, so with the flat rate weight is not an issue. I try my best to use the smallest box possible without
comprimising my product.

Medium boxes are $11 and large boxes are $15.

I can not ship to a post office box or a hotel.

If you have a large order, you might want to include insurance and/or tracking. Insurance protects against damaged, broken or lost items. Insurance does not cover melted items.

I SHIP OUT ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY ONLY SO THAT PACKAGES WILL NOT SIT IN THE POST OFFICE OVER THE WEEKEND!

ICE PACKS WILL BE INCLUDED IF SHIPPING IN WARM WEATHER OR TO WARMER CLIMATES~ HOWEVER, YOU MUST RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AS SOON AS ITS DELIVERED. CHOCOLATES WILL MELT IF LEFT AT YOUR DOOR ALL AFTERNOON IN THE SUN. YOU MIGHT WANT TO HAVE YOUR ORDER DELIVERED TO WORK OR TO A NEIGHBOR IF YOU KNOW YOU WON'T BE HOME. IF YOU HAVE A LATE IN THE AFTERNOON DELIVERY SCHEDULE, KEEP IN MIND YOUR CHOCOLATES WILL BE ON A HOT MAIL TRUCK UNTIL THEY GET TO YOUR HOUSE!
