Payments are accepted via credit/debit card and PayPal which must be paid within 3 days of selection. Please contact me if you have a question or an issue with your payment. All unpaid orders will be cancelled and made available for purchase after 3 days.

I am happy to accept Money Orders, your purchase will be shipped as soon as payment clears. This could take up to 10 days so I thank you, in advance, for your patience.

If you should ever have any issues and need to cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible. Everything can be worked out so there are no worries.

Your purchase will be securely shipped & packaged ready for gift giving. All merchandise comes in bubble wrap to ensure protection. A personal note can be added at your request.

All “ready to ship” orders are shipped within 4 -7 business days from reciept of payment and all “custom” orders within 2-3 weeks as they are made to order. Expedited is available. **Please contact me when choosing expedited shipping for custom orders. All U.S. orders will be shipped with a tracking number.** I will send you a confirmation message with this number once they've shipped. For international orders, please allow a minimum of 11 business days for delivery time as some countries have a longer customs process. While tracking numbers are unavailable for international packages, I will provide you with the customs form number as this will be helpful in the event you need to track your package. Please note some countries may take up to 30 days to deliver packages from overseas. But feel free to contact me if you have any problems.

Custom orders are welcome. Send me a message with what you would like. I will confirm it with you before completing and send you a picture of the completed piece(s). Please allow 5 business days for me to complete your custom piece(s). If additional time is needed, I will be sure to contact you. Orders will be shipped within 4 days of receipt of payment.
