Returns and exchanges
Please contact me regarding your fit and colour (and any other) questions prior to purchase.

If your garment doesn't fit you well, I will exchange it for another size (if available in that colour, or substitute colour if not), less shipping costs, assuming the item is returned to me in it's original condition (unworn/unwashed)
Payment
I primarily accept paypal, here on Etsy, but within paypal, one can also use a valid credit card. I will also accept a check or money order; please convo me first about this...your item will be shipped when check/m.o. has cleared.

California sales tax is added to those purchases from California.
Shipping
I ship in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail, with insurance. If you want a different shipping treatment, please convo me about it; it's easy to invoice or refund by paypal for a different charge.

When home, I'll ship on Saturdays.

I have some general charges listed on items shipping to Canada and "Everywhere Else", but these vary somewhat, place to place. If, when setting up your shipment, the actual charge is less than what I've charged you here on Etsy, I'll refund the difference, preferably thru paypal.

For items which I have on hand, I ship from 1 to 3 days from receiving your order. If it's a custom order, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship it, depending on my work load, but I try hard to get your lovely garments to you lickety split!

I use Tyvek envelopes to ship in, because they're so lightweight and highly tear/puncture/water resistant. Tyvek is made by Dupont, and is a high density polyethylene plastic...SPI code 2. It is recyclable as a plastic bottle. Or, you could use it again yourself. Or, send it back to me, I'll use it again!

Or find your local antique clock repair shop, and see whether they have use of it there. In my clockmaking days, tyvek was our prefered material to make new bellows for the whistles in antique cuckoo clocks!
