Original, Unique, One-of-a-kind jewelry made with love!

Hello there! Thanks for visiting my site. Just a little bit about me...I began designing jewelry at a very young age, while living in Kansas. I started out with gemstone beads, using unusual materials and designs. When I was young, I would attend a local rock and mineral show each year that was held not far from our home and spend the entire day fascinated by the rocks and minerals, while also watching several of the vendors work with metal and stone. I was definitely hooked on the process of turning a boring rock into something very beautiful!

In 1991, I won First Place in Fine Arts Crafts for the Chanute, Kansas Artist Alley Festival with a tigereye and black onyx necklace I designed and made. In 1992, I attended the University of Tulsa, where I worked on a Marketing and Economics degree. At that time, jewelry was still my first love, but I had to take a hiatus for awhile, while focusing on my degree and later, a career. During college, I spent a few summers in Boulder and Denver Colorado, absorbing the atmosphere and also absorbing the rich artisan culture of the area. I was absolutely fascinated by the beautiful sterling silver and artisan jewelry in the area and I feel that those early inspirations have enhanced my current designs and work.

After college, I focused on a career in sales and marketing, and became a pharmaceutical rep. Not happy with the lack of creativity in my life, I started designing jewelry again. In 2006, after becoming burned out with corporate life, I left the pharmaceutical industry, went to work with my husband, Brian in the family business and took a class in metalsmithing at the local community college, and Chrissi Lynn Designs was born.

Since 2006, I have been refining and honing my skills. I began work with a master goldsmith in 2009, that has helped to not only improve my skills, but give me a new focus and quality that really makes my designs unique.

Currently, I work with my husband Brian in our family business, and create jewelry in my spare time. By being selective in what I work on, I'm able to focus all of my attention on making something very special. Jewelry design is not just a creative release but, comes from my heart and soul. All of my jewelry is hand fabricated and hand finished. I use sterling silver, 14kt or 18kt gold, Argentium Silver and geniune gemstones. I will sometimes incorporate unusual materials such as Roman Glass and fossils in my designs.

For the past 6 years, I have been a distinquished vendor for the AAPG Mid-Continent Regional Meetings My work is now being collected and I will attend a few selective shows a year in the Tulsa, Oklahoma or surrounding areas. I also sell my work online.

As you peruse the site, picking out your favorite designs, remember that each piece of jewelry starts with a vision and is made by my own hands with love and care. Each gemstone is hand selected, a design is drawn and then implemented in my own studio. Each piece of jewelry unique, because it was made by hands and not a machine. You are purchasing a piece of art from an American artist.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

I consider any item that is altered in any way custom. For example, a ring that needs to be resized is considered customized because I have to make changes to the size of the ring. Also, any item that has additional personalization added is considered a custom item.

For Custom Order requests, please expect 6-8 weeks as a MINIMUM for completion. For projects that are more complicated, this could be a lot longer. I take pride in my workmanship, and that means that I take care in creating the best piece possible. I only work on a limited number of pieces at a time, so my focus can be dedicated solely to what is in front of me. Rush projects will incur additional fees, as I work on orders in the order they arrive.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do provide gift wrapping at no additional charge.

Resizing and made-to-order custom items.

All made-to-order custom items require a 45% non-refundable deposit up front. This covers the cost of materials that need to be purchased in order to fill the order. The deposit is applied to the final cost of your product. Detailed sketches, process photos and communication are all important to making sure your special item is exactly what you want! Please expect a 6-8 week MINIMUM for completion, sometimes longer for more complicated items.

No additional coupons or discounts will be applied to a custom order, as I give the absolute best price possible on all custom work. In stock items that are modified for sizing are the exception. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any made-to-order custom orders or resizing orders.

Care instructions

All of my jewelry is handmade using gemstones, natural materials and sometimes special applications. Please use care when wearing your jewelry. Some of the materials are soft and can not take excessive wear.

I want all my customers to have 100% satisfaction on their purchase. I love making jewelry and I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your choice. If you do need to make a return, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make things right. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless a return is due to damage. Items need to be sent back in their original packaging, and mailed in a bubble mailer with padding to avoid being crushed through the postal service.
