I design Sweetgrass baskets, jewelry, and accessories. Sweetgrass baskets are mostly found in Charleston, SC and the west coast of Africa. These products are handmade daily.
No two pieces are exactly the same; therefore, each product is UNIQUE. Prices vary based on design, size, style, and time that is spent creating the piece.
I create each piece as it is order, so it can take me between 1 to 14 days to complete it. The time depends on the total number of items, the size of each item, and style of the item. Please be patient. In addition, I accept custom orders for certain pieces. Customer orders must be pay in advance before I start with the order. I accept payments for custom orders via Paypal.

I create each piece as it is order, so it can take me between 3 to 10 days to complete it. The time depends on the total number of items, the size of each item, and style of the itme. Please be patient. In addition, I accept custom orders. For all custom orders, you must pay for the item(s) before I create your product(s).
All of my sweetgrass products will be signed with my initials before they are shipped. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details
EXCHANGE: If the returned item cost less than the new item, you must pay the difference and shipping cost. I will send you a Paypal invoice for the difference. If the returned item cost more than the new item, then I will refund you the difference excluding shipping cost. I must received the returned items in unused and good condition before I start to make the new item. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please contact me at christalcreations2012 [!at] yahoo.com or inbox me message within 24 hours but no longer than 48 hours after receiving your order if you receive the wrong order or something is incorrect. After 48 hours of receiving your order ( based on the USPS postal tracking), there will be no exchange or refund regardless of the issue.
ChristalAccessories is NOT responsible for any lost, defect, torn, or missing pieces of the product (s) due to shipping.

Shipping
All packages will be shipped via US Postal Services (USPS). U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Tracking will be added to each package. You will be provided with the tracking number when the product has been shipped. Please allow 2- 7 days for delivery..
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Tracking will be added to each package where the service is available. Tracking is available for when shipping to select destinations. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery.
No overnight shipping.
In your shipping notification, I will include the expected delivery date. The shipping time is just an estimate from USPS; thus, it is not guaranteed. Shipping during the holiday months may take a longer time for delivery.
If you are purchasing a gift for someone and want me to ship it directly to them, please leave a message for me in the comment section at checkout. In the message, include the person's name and complete address.
Note to INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please make sure you check for any other charges that may be associated with this package such as taxes or custom charges. You will be responsible for any additional charges that may incur. Please check your country's custom laws to determine if additional charges will be applied before you make a purchase.
