Welcome to my online shop, and thank you for coming to read my shop policies!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I guarantee all of my work - If there are any problems with your purchase please contact me and I will do what I can to correct them.

Unless items are defective or not as pictured I cannot refund shipping charges, but I do accept returns that are mailed within 7 days of delivery if items are in original condition.
Payment
I accept payment by PayPal in any form they will process, including all major credit cards. If you need help making a payment with PayPal please let me know and I will try to walk you through it. I also take payments by Etsy.

If I have no payment by three days after a purchase, the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed. If you find out you cannot pay within three days please let me know and we can work something out.

Please know that mismatches between your listed PayPal and Etsy addresses may cause a shipping delay if you do not specify which you would like to use, and that shipping to an address other than your PayPal address may void their buyer protection policy - I am fine with shipping wherever you choose so long as you know this.

If you live in the state of Texas, I have to charge an 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
Within the United States I ship by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. For foreign orders I use International Priority Mail. There is no equivalent of Delivery Confirmation that is available for International First Class Mail, but I do save receipts as proof of mailing. If you need a faster or more secure method of shipping please message me to request a quote.

Please allow an average of one week for delivery within the United States, and up to six weeks for international delivery. International customers are responsible for any applicable import fees that their country may have.

For all ready-made items, purchases are shipped within two business days after payment is received. For custom orders, please refer to the listing for your item to see what our preparation time is.

I never charge any extra shipping fees for additional items purchased in the same order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Any jewelry purchased from me can be custom tailored to a length that suits you by lengthening or shortening at no charge. Please let me know at purchase if you would like me to do this - the approximate pre-set length will be listed in the description of the item. If you do not request a change, that is the length it will be.

If you see something you like in my shop but it's not quite what you're looking for, please let me know! I take custom orders and am also willing to consider wholesale offers. I am also willing to consider consignment for brick-and-mortar stores in the Austin, TX area.

All items are made in a smoke and pet free shop.
