Seller is an absolute disgrace to the Etsy community. The seller sent this item without the decorative leather inset, although I clearly requested no leather only on the other buckle of the order. When the issue was raised the seller, his initial offer to resolve was that he would ship the correct buckle after he received the wrong buckle back, insisting I pay for the return shipping. I ended up suggesting that I pay for the new buckle now, and he refund after the mistake is returned as I needed the buckle ASAP. Despite the error CLEARLY being his, I ended up having to pay to return and even had to be the one to suggest a possible solution. This seller is to be avoided at all costs. He clearly has no interest in making his customer happy, or simply doing the right thing.
