    Vulnerable me ...learning to share my story

    I start each piece with a plain white ground...writing positive words of grace, hope and gratefulness. I then cover these words with layers of paper paint and pencil to carry the energy of each piece to it's forever home. My hope is that secret messages, words of encouragement will spill into the life of each person who touches the piece.

    A little info about the process:

    Pricing in my shop is largely dictated by time. Pieces that may be the same size but different prices will be priced due to more detail or work involved in creating the piece...more thought, more stitching, etc.

    If you ever have any questions please feel free to message me and I will be happy to answer.

    My ceramic process includes many different techniques including many layers, steps and time to achieve a piece with irregular beauty and simple detail.

    Because of the process I follow each piece takes hours to complete from raw clay to finished product there may be 20 to 30 or more hours in between.

    A little note about care:
    Even though I place my own pieces in the upper rack of my dishwasher I would reccomend handwashing your one-of-a-kind ceramic.....ultimately it is your choice!

    I use high cone fired glazes in my work and will specify in each listing if the item is 'Food Safe' or an art piece not meant for food consumption.

    Even though I take extreme care when packaging my items for shippment the possibility for damage when shipping ceramics is always present.

    If your item arrives damaged Please contact me right away and we will work out a suitable arrangement to meet both parties needs and come to a agreement regarding refunds or credit in the shop.

    I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, please contact me within two days of receiving your purchase to let me know your concerns with your piece.
    I will offer an exchange of equal value minus shipping charges or you can return your item at buyers expense , please contact me for mailing address information.

    Shipping
    I ship all packages (three to five business days) wrapped with Extreme care in mind to get your package to you safely!

    I have two shipping days per week MONDAYS and FRIDAYS.
    All packages will be shipped on these days, if you need your package shipped sooner, please send me a message and I will adjust shipping charges to ship your package express post.

    PLEASE NOTE: Australian Buyers; shipping surface mail to Australia can take up to 4 to 6 weeks, please factor this in when purchasing from me, If you would like your item sooner please upgrade shipping payment to AIR mail....if your item ships by surface it must travel by boat and this can take a very long time to arrive.
