I accept direct checkout, Paypal and money orders. All orders are shipped after the payment has been recieved. To give you peace of mind about your payment, I typically send a photograph of completed custom orders, to ensure that it measures up to your standards prior to shipping.

If payment is not recieved within 10 days, then item will not be sent and will be re-listed as part of my inventory. An 8% tax will be added to all taxable items.
I ship items through the USPS using the most economical options available. I use priority shipping or first class shipping most of the time. I purchase a delivery confirmation for every order and I will convo you with the delivery confirmation number when it has been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
A refund may be issued for purchases that the buyer is not completely satisfied with. The item MUST be returned at the BUYER'S EXPENSE and once the item is received by the seller, then a full refund will be issued to the buyer. A refund WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED.

Personalized items: Custom orders that are personalized with names, dates, or specific sayings WILL NOT RECIEVE A FULL REFUND. A partial refund may be given to the buyer at the discretion of the seller on an individual basis.

Damaged items: e-mail me a picture of damaged item. Damages due to weather, or dogs are not eligible for replacement. All other damaged items will be considered for replacement/refund, but buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Lost items: Items shipped will have delivery confirmation information attached and will not be eligible for refund/exchange. Contact post office for lost packages.
Additional policies and FAQs
Special orders are available upon request. I will make a sample (free of charge), e-mail you the pictures, and you decide if you like it or not. There is no obligation to purchase the sample or the products. If you like it, we will negotiate a price at that time and make arrangements for payment and delivery. If you decide you don't want to make the purchase, then sample will become part of my portfolio and no questions will be asked. Just let me know by convo whether you decide for or against making the purchase.
