Hi, I'm Christine! Welcome to my shop!

I am a fashion and knitwear designer based in New York City. After multiple career changes and a couple of graduate degrees, searching for a career I loved and could grow with, I ended up in fashion design school at Parsons in New York. Pursuing a decade long dream to live in New York, I finally made the move from Chicago to New York, along with my husband who was also pursuing his career dreams also.

I am now living out my dreams, creating a business and live I love, with my 5 year old daughter and husband in New York.

I discovered knitting while walking past a gorgeous yarn shop in San Francisco after graduating from grad school. I instantly fell in love with all the beautiful colors and the soft and inviting yarn. I never expected to incorporate knitting into my career, but knitting lit me up and brought me so much joy! It's actually what led me to fashion and my other dream of creating a sustainable women's and children's clothing line.

I am now here to share that joy I found through knitting with you! One of my biggest frustrations when learning how to knit, was actually that... learning how to knit! There were so many advanced patterns that intimidated me, and as I knit even beginner or intermediate patterns, I often got stuck and had to frequent yarn shops to get help. Sometimes they were glad to help, other times, not so much. I wanted to be able to follow video tutorials of patterns, but they didn't exist.

So, here I am, now creating video classes to teach you everything in an easy to follow step-by-step format that I wish had existed when I was learning how to knit. And designing patterns (with video pattern classes you can follow if you need them) of modern items that you can wear in your everyday lives.
