My joy and my purpose is my granddaughter, Berkley. Yes, I am one of THOSE grandmothers.

Creating with Love

My shop began with my Berkley Jackets. When my granddaughter, Berkley, was born I made a cozy, little fleece jacket with a backpack attached and added a contrasting hat to go with it. Family and friends insisted that I make more and sell them because the backpack and my style with patterns and colors was so unique. At the time I was also painting on silk and included silk pieces for sale, as well. Thus began my shop!

I am now retired from teaching art and focusing on my love of oil painting. Trips to France or someplace tropical occur every two to three years. "Not all who wander are lost." Certainly, my wanderings inspire my painting. The colors of florals always attract me and keep me discovering new ways to put nature's beauty on canvas.
