Announcement   My small paintings burst forth from my love of nature and need to release the intense colors that must be expressed. My jewelry is also an expression of my love for the color and beauty of nature; each piece is unique and exploratory, going with the flow of my natural rhythms.

All proceeds from the sales on my site, except the Etsy.com fees, go into savings to take my granddaughter, Berkley, to Paris/Paris Disneyland/Provence in 2017. Thank you for stopping by!

About

Creating with Love

My shop began with my Berkley Jackets. When my granddaughter, Berkley, was born I made a cozy, little fleece jacket with a backpack attached and added a contrasting hat to go with it. Family and friends insisted that I make more and sell them because the backpack and my style with patterns and colors was so unique. At the time I was also painting on silk and included silk pieces for sale, as well. Thus began my shop!

Berkley is growing up. I am now retired from teaching art and focusing on my love of oil painting. Trips to France occur every two to three years and the next trip will include my Berkley. We are planning on going to Paris, Paris Disneyland and Provence in 2017, when she is big enough to drag her own suitcase around. All proceeds from the sales in my shop go into a savings account for our adventure.

Returns and exchanges
I do not take returns.

I do not provide refunds for damages incurred by the Post Office.

Refunds are not issued due to a postal error (delivery to wrong address by your postman) or late arrival as I am not in control of how quickly the mail carrier moves :)

In all other cases, should a refund be warranted, you will only be refunded the purchase price, and not the shipping costs.
Payment
PAYING BY PAYPAL
Orders paid via Paypal must be submitted in full within 24 hours of purchasing. Orders not paid for within this time will unfortunately be cancelled. Paypal allows the convenience of an automatic receipt upon payment and quick settlement of your bill allows me to be able to ship your items to you equally as fast.
Shipping
Shipments are sent via USPS service which takes 2-11 business days within the United States. However, I cannot be held responsible for slow mail service.

Shipment takes place up to 7 days, no more, after payment is received in full. This is due to some pieces made custom as well as packaging time and payment clearance on your end. Normally, though, your package will be shipped within 48 hours from your time of purchase :)

Your item(s) will be mailed in a shipping box or envelope depending upon each order quantity and type. All items are packaged carefully to ensure the safest delivery possible to you, plus, why would I spend hours putting my energy into making your order only to throw it carelessly in a box? However, once a package is shipped, I can't control how it is handled, so please know that I cannot be held responsible for any damage the mailing system may cause.

I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees on International Orders and they remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
