My shop name, Chrysalis Chris came from a poem my mother wrote about me. Chrysalis Chris representing the chrysalis that is emerging as a butterfly.

Returns and exchange details
If we decide that you need to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping on the return.
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Please contact me if you have a concern about your order.
Payment
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS, (United States Post Office). All domestic orders can be tracked through USPS using the tracking number assigned when your order ships. Your tracking number will be emailed to when the shipping label has been generated.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Unfortunately, I cannot control any delays due to customs for International shipping.

If you are looking for something and do not see it in the shop, please contact me through an Etsy conversation as there are usually a bunch of new crystal babies, waiting to be photographed and posted in the shop.
