If you live in CANADA, packages can take up to 10 business days from date of shipping to arrive

If you live in the UNITED STATES, packages can take up to 14 business days from date of shipping to arrive

If you live OVERSEAS (INTERNATIONAL), packages can take up to 16 business days from date of shipping to arrive

Sometimes, packages may take a few days longer to arrive, depending on customs on both ends (country of departure, country of arrival- if customs decides to hold the package for inspection). **REFUNDS**
I offer full refunds (minus shipping cost), if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me (via etsy or email) within 7 business days of receipt of your order and return the item for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact me first as I am more than happy to resend a package or issue a full refund.

CUSTOMS FEES
Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs fees charged to the Buyer, are the Buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's laws for duties charged on incoming packages. Thanks for understanding.

- JEWELRY CARE -


**My Jewelry is not intended for children under 12 years old. The small charms can be a choking hazard.**


Antiqued Brass: When applicable, I indicate whenever I hand antique my brass pendants. I seal the larger antiqued (aged) pieces to protect them from tarnishing. Please do not attempt to clean the antiqued, sealed pieces as this will remove the antiqued look and sealant and will leave a foggy texture.

JEWELRY CARE: Raw & unsealed brass tarnishes with time, as does sterling silver. To remove the tarnish, simply use the same type of polishing cloth you would use on sterling silver. Please note, use this type of polishing cloth on the raw, golden brass pieces only. Please do not use this method on antiqued chain.

GOLD/SILVER PLATED CHAINS/PEWTER CHARMS- May tarnish over time due to natural elements, chemicals in the air, skin oils, perfume, hairsprays and extended exposure to the sun. To avoid this, please keep your jewelry in the small jewelry ziplock bag provided in your order. If tarnishing occurs, simply use a cotton cloth (without polishing compound) to wipe away the tarnish.

LOCKETS: The locket will hold a photo inside if cut to fit snugly within the locket, but is not 100% secure. My lockets do not come with the brass frame part that usually goes over the photo to hold it in place. Also, there is no glass or any other type of part that covers the photo to protect it.


Unfortunately, I do not offer gift wrapping services.
