Payment
I accept payments thru paypal where you can use debit, credit or e-checks to pay. Items paid with e-checks will be shipped when the e-check clears which is usually 5 business days. For unpaid purchases including reserved or custom listed items, buyers will receive reminders through conversation messages to complete the transaction. If there is no response within three days, the transaction will be canceled and the items will be relisted.
Appropriate sales tax will be charged to Arizona residents.
Shipping
Purchased items are shipped within 48 hours of confirmed payment. We combine shipping for multiple orders with the same shipping addresses. Parcels are sent via USPS first class mail from Monday thru Friday except holidays. Orders are shipped in a cotton filled box in bubble wrap via USPS first class mail with a tracking number for domestic shipping or a customs declaration number for International shipping. The number will be provided to you via Etsy conversation. Some orders with multiple items are shipped via USPS priority mail . If you prefer other shipping options, please send us a conversation before purchasing to work out the desired or expedited shipping.

If your address in your Etsy profile is different from your Paypal's, please indicate in the "message from buyer" box at checkout where you want your order shipped. Otherwise, it will be shipped to the address in your etsy account.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your business is important to us. If the item you purchased is not the correct size, please notify us within 5 days of your receipt of the merchandise and return the item in its original condition with the invoice enclosed within 5 days of your notification. We will ship you the correct size or the size you want as soon as we get the returned item in the mail. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. A proof of shipment such as a tracking number or a customs declaration number will be e-mailed to you within hours of shipping.
Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
