Please take a few moments to read ALL of my shop policies. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.

PURCHASING FROM MY SHOP CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES AND WILLINGNESS TO COMPLY WITH ALL.

NO REFUNDS will be provided after the order is placed. There are NO exceptions. A store credit (good for ONE year from the date of purchase) will be provided.


ORDER PROCESSING:

~ Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST.


WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS:

~ You may shop and make a purchase anytime however, weekends (beginning Friday at 3:00 p.m.) and holidays are considered family time. Occasionally, if time allows, I may check/respond to email but please don't expect a response and/or invitation proof until Monday.

~ All messages will be answered and orders processed in the order in which they were received when I return to my office on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

~ Printable (customer prints) items only. I don't offer shipping out of the United States.


MISCELLANEOUS:


~ When placing an order, it is VERY important for you to include ALL information I'll need to complete your order (date of event, personalization (name and age if applicable), colors, etc). It takes a lot of time to email each customer for missing information- valuable time which can be spent instead completing your order.

~ Please be sure to include the DATE OF EVENT (or date needed by) when you place an order so so you'll receive your order on time.

If the date of event (or need by date) is not indicated either at checkout or via Etsy convo right after purchase, your order will ship on the "SCHEDULED TO SHIP BY" date noted on the receipt you receive from Etsy after you purchase.

~ Please make sure the email address on file with Etsy is one that you will check frequently. I will be in touch with your via Etsy convo and notifications are sent via the email address on file with Etsy.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. A STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED.

PRINTED AND MAILED ITEMS:

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a printed and mailed item you purchased, please contact me WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt of your item(s) and BEFORE leaving a shop review and I'll work with you to make things right.

If we're unable to work things out, a refund will be provided for the items you purchased, less shipping AFTER the items have been returned, in their original packaging and condition (not used) to me. If the items have been used, a refund will not be provided.
Payment
~ PAYPAL IS MY PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT ~

You can use ALL major credit cards through Paypal: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, etc. through Paypal.

You don't need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.

How do I submit payment?

1. Add the item(s) you'd like to your shopping cart.

2. Select Paypal as the payment method during checkout. You'll be directed to Paypal's secure website where you can submit payment with the credit or debit card of your choice.

3. After submitting payment through Paypal, you'll be directed back to a confirmation page on Etsy. Both Etsy and Paypal will send the buyer and seller an email receipt confirming the order.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is an online payment processing company that facilitate sales transactions, including credit and debit card payments. It's fast, easy and safe! Sellers don't see buyers' credit card numbers or other financial information.
Shipping
Orders are shipped daily (please take note of the turnaround time for the item(s) you're purchasing) via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

Please check and double check to make sure your shipping address is correct with BOTH Etsy and Paypal. I use your payment to purchase a shipping label and the label will be printed with the address that you provide.

It's your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct BEFORE purchasing your listing. As a seller, I'm unable to change your shipping address.


LOST PACKAGES:

~ All orders are sent via USPS with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

~ Ciao Bambino Designs is not responsible for mail that is LOST or delivered to the WRONG address.

~ Once your package leaves my hands, it becomes the responsibility of USPS.

~ Please let me know if you need the tracking number from USPS.

Refunds are NOT provided for lost mail. Please let me know at the time you place your order if you would like to purchase insurance.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Not available.

Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping out of the United States, I no longer offer International shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
Due to the large number of files I create on any given day/week, I delete all files soon after sending. That being said, if you need any changes made to a file after it has been approved and emailed (personalization, size of invitation, date, time or event location, etc.), I’ll need to create a new design (start from the beginning) and you'll have to purchase a new file. There are no exceptions.

Designs requiring multiple revisions or changes from what I have pictured in my shop will be charged a $15 design fee at my designer's discretion.

Items are sold only in the quantity indicated per set - for example, favor tags, stickers and cupcake toppers are sold only in sets of 12.

Frequently asked questions
What is your turnaround time for invitation proofs?

My turnaround time is approx. two (2) business days from the time the order is placed. Please be sure to include all of the information needed to create your proof. Missing information may delay turnaround time. Rush service is available. Please read invitation listing for the link to the rush order fee.

Can I change the color(s) of the design?

In most cases the colors can’t be changed from what you see in the listing but please feel free to ask.

Do you accept custom orders?

We're not currently accepting custom orders.

Can you send me a proof of the invitation before I purchase?

Invitation proofs are sent only after a confirmed purchase/payment.

Do you send proofs of favor tags/favor stickers?

Due to our fast turnaround time, proofs are not provided for favor tags/stickers.

Can you email my printable file blank (with no personalization)?

All files will be personalized with a name (and age if applicable for the item you’re purchasing). We’re unable to provide blank files.

Will I be able to edit the text of my invitation/favor tag after I receive the file?

Files are not editable which means you won't be able to make changes to any of the text after it's emailed to you.

Do you ship out of the United States?

We don't offer shipping of printed items (favor tags, stickers, banners, cupcake toppers) out of the US. You may purchase any of the printable (you print) items I offer in my shop.
