~Welcome to my store! I hand make every single item I sell. I take my time and pay attention to detail, and put tons of love in everything I do. All of my items are made out of high quality materials, and not the cheap stuff; so you can rest assured that you are getting an item that was built to last...from the materials, to the craftmanship!

~Of course, just like with anything else, how you take care of them, will ultimately decide how long they last. I highly recommend storing bows and headbands on bow holders, headband holders, bow boxes, a dresser drawer used only for bows, etc. Putting the big thumb tacks on the wall makes a great place to hang pony Os as well :) I strongly recommended that you only handwash and spot clean all ribbons; they are not made to be put into the washer or dryer, as rhinestones and embellishments can be broken off this way! Also, do not use bleach on any printed or colored ribbons! Tide makes a "Tide to go instant stain remover stick," and this works wonders for cleaning ribbons, and never causes any damage at all :)! __________________________________________________________________

~Due to the nature of the products I sell, I do not offer refunds or exchanges, as the law does not allow hair items to be resold, due to health and safety standards.

~I strive to have perfect customer service, so I want you to be happy! I work very hard to ensure the quality of my items, and have never had a quality issue thus far.

~However, if there is a serious issue with an item you purchased, such as me sending the wrong item, or an item being broken during shipment, please convo me and I will do my best to try to make you a happy customer! I have never had anything arrive broken, as I package very well; however should it occur, if you will ship it back to me, I will be more than happy to fix or replace it (whatever the case calls for), and ship it back to you! I want you to be happy with your purchase! :)

~I accept Paypal payments- you do not have to have a paypal account to pay by paypal! You can pay through paypal as a guest with a credit or debit card.

~ I can also accept credit cards through Square and GoPayment...if you would like to pay by credit card, please convo me!

~All payments are expected at time of purchase, unless you have placed an item on hold with my permission...see info below for holds.


~I will accept checks or money orders for custom orders. Please convo me with the address to send the payment to. Please note, that no work will begin on the custom order, and if special ribbon or low inventory ribbon needs to be ordered, it will not be ordered either, until payment has been recieved and cleared. Thank you for your patience and understanding!


~ I think we have all seen something we just loved, and then come back 2 days later on pay day and it is gone and then we are so disappointed! I do not want that to happen to my customers; so I am more than happy to help you out, and hold items that you would like to pay for later, for up to 1 week! :)

~This is reserved only for serious buyers who truly intend to pay for the items on hold! Please do not ask for something to be placed on hold, unless you genuinely intend to come back and pay for it on your payday, or on the date arranged! Thanks!

~To do a hold, please convo me with the link of the item(s) you would like to be placed on hold, along with the date that you would be able to pay for the order. I will then take the item(s) down and make you a listing for your item(s).

~Please come pay for the listing on the agreed upon day; if it is not paid by midnight of the agreed upon date, I will have to put it back into the inventory to be sold. No holds will be given to anyone has not followed through and paid for any previous holds! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. This is a courtesy I offer, and hope to be able to continue to do so, for the benefit of my customers :)


~Many of my items, I have made only one or 2 of that particular item. I have had customers who marked items as thier favorites to come back and get them later, and they were gone. If this happens to you, and you really wanted the item(s), please convo me!

~Upon your email, I will do my level best to get more of the materials to make a duplicate of the item(s) you had wanted to purchase. Just send me the link(s) of the item(s) you wanted. I will immediately start searching for the materials for you. Unfortunately, some of my ribbons are custom printed and/or limited edition; and I might not be able to get more. If I am able to get more, and sometimes I can't but I will try my best, I will contact you and set up a listing just for you. Once you have paid, I will order the materials. The day they arrive, I will make your item(s), and ship them out to you the next day!

~Many hair items in my store are already finished and ready to ship, excluding custom orders, dog treats, afghans, and photo decorating. Ready to ship items will be mailed out within 48-72 hours from the time your payment clears. Sometimes shipping is same day or next day, depending on time the order was placed and payment clears. However, sometimes it is busy; I also have 2 children and I go to college full-time, so please do allow up to 72 hours. I do ship them off as quickly as possible though :)

I do have delivery tracking on every package, so the items can be tracked at all times. I do not add insurance though, so please contact me for an insurance rate for your package if you would like it insured. Packages over $40.00, will be required to have insurance.

I have just added shipping to Canada, and am still working out the shipping prices. Once weighed and shipped, I will refund any shipping charges that you paid over actual shipping costs. I make no money off of shipping.


~I ship all items by first class mail. It will take 2-5 business days to reach you, from the time it leaves my hands...all orders of $30.00 and up, go out priority 2-3 day mail! Sometimes your shipping charges will reach the cost of priority shipping, if you have purchased sevral items..if this happens, your order will automatically ship out priority mail! If you require faster shipping, or need something quick for a special event, please convo me and I will be happy to set up a priority or overnight shipping for you, with the correct shipping charges for the shipping method you need! :) I want you to be happy!♥
Additional policies and FAQs

~I do custom bithday party orders!! This includes one big special bow for the birthday princess, and smaller bows for all of her guests to take home from the party, as gifts! A party package consisting of one birthday girl and 10 friends, start at just $75.00 plus shipping! Each additional child is another $4-$7, depending on bow style and ribbons chosen! Ribbons might have to be ordered for your party package, so please allow enough time for this. Once the ribbons arrive (if ordering is needed), I will have your party set shipped out to you within 7-9 days :)

~I welcome custom orders! Please convo me anything you think you might like for me to do.

~I can add appliques to afghans to make them suitable for baby, for cats, for dogs, etc. I can add bows to them as well.

~All hair accessories can be ordered by custom colors!

~Sometimes you might have a longer delay in processing custom orders, if it is colors or patterns I do not have in stock, and have to order!


~I love my repeat customers and offer you bonuses!

~When you receive you order, you will get a business card. On the back of the card is your customer loyalty reward program. On your 5th order, you get 25% off of your entire purchase:) When you use this discount, you will receive a new card with that order :)

~All you need to do to use this discount on your 5th order, is contact me with the link(s) of item(s) you would like to purchase! I will set up a custom listing for you with all of your items together, with your 25% off discount!

~Also, if you have purchased from me, and refer someone else to my store, make sure to have them tell me you sent them in the notes to seller section when paying for their order! I keep note of all repeat customer purchases and all customer referalls.

~I will convo you when someone you referred makes their first purchase! When you get ready to make your next purchase, convo me for an extra 5% off of whatever sale I have going on at that time:) No discounts are valid on custom orders!

I do offer wholesale purchasing for hair salons and boutiques that would like to place my items in their shops. These are the guidelines:
1) I do not make a bunch of cookie cutter items for wholesale...most of my items are One of a Kind, and that is what makes them wholesale orders will be mixed lots!
2) If you are requesting a lot of same style/color items..that would be custom ordering, and would not qualify for wholesale pricing..though I will give you a 15% discount for orders over $300...and that must be at least 20 of each discount will be applied to shipping, and shipping will be calculated by exact weight.
3) For wholesale pricing, which is 25% off must purchase at least $275 total, before will not be applied to shipping, and shipping will be calculated by exact weight.
