Your purchase will include a stylish box our pouch and will be packaged with care to withstand shipping elements.

If you don’t see something you’re looking for, please request a custom item, and I’m sure we can make it for you!

Payment
Payments are via PayPal. Once you create your PayPal account, you can create a balance by either linking to your credit card or with a check. If you wish to pay via PayPal with an electronic check, please be aware that it takes about a week +/- for the transaction to clear. We ship all orders once payment has cleared.

Shipping
We typically ship (via USPS) within 24 hours of receiving payment for the ordered item from PayPal.

Our goal is for you to begin enjoying your jewelry as soon as possible – typically orders are received between 3-5 business days. While we do ask for a three-week lead time on custom orders, most are shipped out sooner.
Refunds and Exchanges
We’re sure you’re going to love your purchase. But in case you don’t:

Merchandise purchased may be returned for an exchange or refund within 3 business days of receipt of your item. The item must be returned in new (unworn) condition. Please contact us at cindyandmathilde [!at] gmail.com prior to sending back the return. I will refund the value of the item minus 15% restocking fee, either via PayPal or store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Rush order fees are to pay for a service and are non-refundable.

Please send any returns via secured post for your safety. We regret that Cindy and Mathilde cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Please be very specific about what you’re envisioning for custom orders, as all custom orders are final sale – non returnable.
