HAT MUST BE SENT BACK EXACTLY AS IT WAS SENT TO YOU-UNWORN, PACKAGED THE SAME WAY, FIRST CLASS POSTAGE WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (PROTECTS BOTH OF US) I AM VERY UNDERSTANDING AND WILL MAKE EXCEPTIONS, BUT I HAVE DONE SO IN THE PAST AND HAVE TO BE A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL. AS SOON AS THE HAT IS RECEIVED BY ME, I WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING! ALSO, ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES MY HANDS AND IS SENT, IT IS BASICALLY OUT OF MY HANDS. PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING A HAT. TRYING IT ON AND DECIDING THAT IT ISN'T THE "RIGHT" HAT HAS JUST TAKEN THE POSTAGE TO SEND IT AND THE SALE OF THE HAT OUT OF MY POCKET- I CAN'T RESELL A HAT THAT HAS BEEN ON SOMEONE'S HEAD.
