A Brother and Sister Duo

My mom was born and raised on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada . She always loved arts and crafts. While growing up, She spend hours folding origami, sketching and even dabbled in graphic arts. Unfortunately, she lost the passion when she had to focus on her education, get a job and focus on her family.

In 2006, my sister Katherine was born and apparently she was a such a good baby that mom had time to revive her lost passions, art. She took the time to teach herself how to build a simple website started an Etsy store. In 2009, I was born and from the time I was able to hold a pencil, Mom said was evident I had the same vision and love for creative things just like our parents. When she was able, mom taught us art, graphics and when mature enough use a laser cutter and vinyl cutter.

Today, Mom has carved us successful career in the high tech industry and still a busy mom. Since she has little time to manage Etsy now, she has given us full ownership and responsibilty of running Cinful Design. Of course she still helps and advise us in the background.
