4 out of 5 starsThe case itself is gorgeous and made perfectly and shipping was A+, the only reason why I’m taking away a star is because of the horrible smell of the leather itself. It smells strong of chemicals, not like leather at all. I don’t know why this would be? It’s almost unbearable and I’m worried about carrying it to client meetings because it’s so off putting. I’m hoping a little leather cleaner will improve the smell.

The original sleeve sent was a bit too tight for the new SE but getting a replacement could not have been easier. Kasia was very responsive and kind in getting the new case sorted out and I received the perfect replacement quickly. I definitely recommend this shop and will buy again in the future; excellent item and absolutely wonderful seller!

If for some reason you decide to return or exchange the cinnamon cocoon product, please contact us, we'll assistance you with all returns details.
We accept requests for returns within 14 days of delivery.
Given the handmade nature of our products and the natural materials we use we can only accept returns if the product comes back to us in perfect unused condition. We cannot accept returns on products which show even the smallest sign of use.
The product must be sent back in its original shipping box and packing materials to protect it from bending or losing it shape in other way.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We are sorry but customers from outside the EU are subject to a 25 $ surcharge to go towards customs processing. Please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. PLEASE include also the INVOICE by putting it into a plastic pouch and placing on the top of the package (for custom purposes).
We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. We are not responsible for lost or damaged unregistered packages sent back to us. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in acceptable condition, we will promptly process your refund using the payment method you used to order.

2. with polish post in cooperation with your orginal postal service by registered air mail priority post,
the delivery time to EU countries 3-7 business days, to US/Canada/Australia/Asia about 10 business days)
The buyer is responsible for all custom fees and taxes
For orders for delivery within the EU there are no additional taxes or duties to pay.
For orders from countries outside the EU you may have to pay import fees and tax on arrival. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
