**I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, before shipping the item back to me.
**I will accept returned items in original, unused condition.
**Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
**Refunds will be given in full, minus original shipping cost, once the returned item is received by me.

******I offer up to $4.00 off the shipping for the 2nd item. Please request a shipping total before you buy.
**All items except custom orders will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment.
**For party favors please allow 3 days before the item is shipped.
**Custom scrapbooks require 3-4 weeks.
**Greeting Cards and Notecards will be shipped within 72 hours.
**Please see individual listing for shipping rates. They vary based on the size of the item. Small, lightweight items will generally be shipped in the US via USPS First Class Mail. Heavier items will be sent by USPS Priority Mail. If you have a special shipping request, just let me know at time of purchase and I will revise your invoice to reflect the additional postage cost.
**I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged-in-transit items. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know and I'll add it to your invoice for $1.65.
**International Orders. Please see listing for cost estimate. We are NOT responsible for customs charges. Please do not ask us to mark your form as a gift. Also, we are not responsible for any lost international mail.
