Welcome to Cinsier,

Here you will find handmade sterling silver jewelry.

All pieces are created by hand, the jewelry are not a mass production.
Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
Also the color of the gemstones can be a little bit different.

Returns and exchanges
* Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your item, I accept returns for purchased items within 14 days of the receiving date. The item has to be in unworn and undamaged condition, and I will refund its price to you after receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact me through Etsy before you return the item.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders in specific sizes - for example rings made to order in your size - are not returnable. If you accidentally made a mistake with measuring your ringsize you can always contact me for resizing. There may be additional charges for this.

Please be certain of your ring size before ordering, if you are not sure, please check it by having your finger sized at your local jewelry store or by http://www.onlineconversion.com/ring_size.html.

* Damages: I ask customers to immediately inspect the items delivered. If any damages or defects were found, I will replace or repair the items without any additional cost to the customer. The damage or defect claim must be made within 2 business days of delivery.
Please contact me through Etsy before you return the item.

* Item got lost: If that's the case I would like to ask you to contact me first and I'll do my best to resolve the issue. I'm sure we'll work something out.

* Cancelling order: In case you must cancel your sale, please contact me via email and let me know within 1 day.
Payment
Payment is accepted through Paypal only, for maximum transparency and protection for all.
If you are living in the Netherlands and prefer to pay with bank transfer, please contact me for details.

If any import tariffs or duties occurs, when receiving the package, these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

* Cancellation policy: If the payment is not received, all sales will be canceled after 3 days.
Shipping
All orders will be send to your Etsy address. Please make sure this address is correct. If you want the order to be sent to a different address, please let me know.

* Packaging: The silver jewelry will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bubble envelope or box.

* Transport: The silver jewelry would take a two weeks handmaking process before they are ready. Don't worry, after your order has been send, you will be notified by email.

All the silver jewelry will be send registered with track and trace.
The item will also be send with insurance.

All the orders are send with TNT Post.
