Shop policies

Here is my general philosophy: shopping should be fun. Keeping that in mind, I have tried to make the policies as simple as possible.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
I only accept paypal. Payment should be made within 24 hours. If you do not pay within this time period, I will relist the item and report this to etsy, as well as leave negative feedback.
Shipping
I try to reuse shipping materials wherever possible. I believe this is the "green" thing to do.

If your etsy address is different than your paypal address please let me know when you purchase your items, in message to the seller, what address you would like your item(s) shipped to. This will help me speed up delivery and you get your items sooner.

I will ship all items at least within a few days of payment, usually by the next day.

International Shipping:
I am only able to ship items from my home, and the only way I can ship international items from home is priority or express mail. This starts at 11$ for international shipping.

The great thing about priority mail shipping is that it is delivered in 6-10 days, can be tracked online, and has indemity insurance for lost items, that you can file a claim with the post office with, if your package is lost.

I haven't found a good way of adding international shipping to the listing in a way that saves you the most. For example, If I can ship all your items in a flat rate envelope then your cost will not change, however if some items are to large or they need more padding, I can't fit them into this envelope and shipping WILL BE MORE. For this reason, if you convo me and let me know what items you are interested in, I can give you a shipping price for all the items.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot be responsible for things lost or damaged in the mail, but I can tell you that I have never had anything lost or damaged before that I have shipped.
Additional policies and FAQs
I make every effort to provide quality pieces. I use good quality supplies. However, many of my main findings are vintage and in therefore are not in like new condition.

I try to be very clear in my descriptions and photos about the condition. I certainly want to make buyers aware of exactly what they are getting. If you have a question, please ask, I will be happy to help clarify anything you have a question about.

I am no longer taking custom orders.

One other note...I have had people make inquiries and while they are asking about an item, even while they are writing the convo, the item sells. For some crazy reason this has happened many, many times. Even items that have been listed for awhile. I just have no way of knowing when that is going to happen. Please request a reserve if you want to buy the items, then you won't have to be unhappy your item has been sold.
