We try to treat every customer, like they're a guest in our home. If there is something you're looking for, or have a question, please let us know.
Our philosophy, for our not only our internet stores, but our family farms as well, is making a Top Quality product in an Honest, Healthy, and Humane manner. We're in it for the long haul, not the quick sale, because good customers are worth their weight in gold, and we appreciate that you've chosen us.
Please read all of our shop policies. Again, please read our shop policies. We have very carefully listed them, to avoid any confusion or disappointment.

All payments are due at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours of sale, we will cancel the sale for non-payment and relist the item, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please remember that there can be a slight variance in each item. It is the nature of handmade items. Machines doing mass production are calibrated to exact specifications. It's cold and impersonal. Handmade goods like our jewelry items, are made one at a time, and a piece of us goes into everything we make. We are not machines:)

We are not doctors and cannot diagnose or treat any illness or condition. Always contact your doctor immediately with any questions or concerns. Items come from a smoke free enviornment.
Allergies: All items are made with, or in an area with dairy products, nuts, eggs, or bee generated items, or ingredients made from nuts, dairy, and beeswax. The item you choose may not have any of these as ingredients, but this is important information for people with severe allergies. I am terribly allergic to bees and wasps, but don't seem to have any trouble with honey or beeswax. That is not the case with other people. They can be allergic to bees and all of their associated products. Please keep that in mind. The item might not have nuts, but a person with severe allergies, can have a reaction, just by being near nut and nut products, and again, all of our items are made with or in an area that contains nuts or products made from nuts, dairy, and beeswax. Please use common sense. It is also possible to develop allergies suddenly at any time in your life. Always try a new product on a small area first, and please do read the ingredient lists.

We offer dried flower buds, whole spices, and other botanicals. Some countries restrict the import of these items. It is up to the customer to be familiar with the import rules and restrictions for their country. We are not responsible for any items seized by customs. We fill out all customs forms completely and honestly.

We are not gemologists and cannot grade or appraise any gemstones or jewelry..


If we don't have the answer to your question, we will do the best we can to find an answer. Please read all of our shop policies before commiting to purchase an item. This avoids any confusion or disappointment on our part or yours.

We have a larger store than what we carry on-line. If you are looking for an item, please ask, we may have it. If we don't have it, we can probably get it for you, or recommend another store that we trust and do business with ourselves. We'd love to be the only store you ever need to shop at, but as we don't carry everything a person needs, we want to be your first stop.

If shipping upgrades are needed, please let us know immediately so that we can do everything we can to help you meet your deadline. Shipping upgrades must be paid for prior to shipping. If you've requested upgraded shipping, we will be holding the order until the upgrade charges are paid. If you decide you no longer need upgraded shipping, we will then ship your order. We can only work with the information supplied, so if there is a delay while waiting for payments to clear, we have no control over that situation, and hope that you allow time for those situations. We also have no control over items once they are handed off to the post office. No matter how many times we may tell them to hurry up and get our items delivered, they still do it according to their policies and rules:)
We do our best to accurately describe every item. Descriptions are taken off the original purchase paperwork whenever possible.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns.
Orders for over $100 require insurance. Please read our shop policies before placing an order.

We must charge Sales Tax for sales within the state of Wisconsin (we don't get to keep it, we have to move it on down the line so the state can pay it's bills too:)

Shipping
If you're purchasing more than 3 pieces, or are an overseas buyer, it's much easier to do a reserved listing so we can calculate the shipping charges properly, instead of having to do a refund. With international shipping being very hard to calculate correctly with the current system, overseas buyers please be aware that the shipping charges shown are an estimate and please contact us for a reserved listing so you don't get overcharged. Charges may be higher than the estimate as well. Thank you.

Due to our business commitments taking so much of our time, we are now taking Monday's off to allow for some quality family time. We will answer any questions received after we log off on Sunday, and until we log back in on Tuesday, first thing Tuesday. Please understand our normal week between all of our businesses and farms, regularly exceed 100 hours. To remain sane, we are cutting back our on-line time and will not be touching the computer on Monday's. Plus, if we are on-line, it means we aren't working on orders. We do the very best we can to balance everything out:)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We've had packages take as little as 5 days to arrive overseas after posting them, and others take as many as 30 days. We have no idea how long your countries postal service will take to deliver an item, or how many days the customs office may take to clear a package. Please do not deduct stars from our rating because of international shipping times. Once we hand a package off to the postal service, it is out of our care and control. We have no control over them, and no way to contact your countries postal or customs office.
We also have no way to track an international package once it leaves the United States. If you are concerned about a package in intransit, we encourage choosing to ship the order registered mail, priority mail, or purchasing insurance.
We reserve the option to require that a package be shipped via registered mail due to it's value or because of our experience with some countries postal services.
If you choose not to ship a package via registered mail, priority international, or purchase insurance, any claim is limited to the maximum amount our postal service will pay for a claim. We will not reimburse the difference between the postal service award, and the cost of the order.
If it is necessary to file a claim with the postal service, their decision is binding and the final decision that will be used for any claim. Should they decide a claim in the buyers favor, the amount they pay will be the only payment issued, minus any shipping charges we've paid. If the amount the postal service pays is less than the amount of the cost of the order, no further payment will be issued. Most issues can be avoided by choosing to ship packages via registered, priority, or insured mail.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need your order to ship immediately, please email us. We use the United States Postal Service, and once we hand it off, it can take 3-7 business days. So please allow for both shipping and handling times. Buyer files all claims with the post office and we will provide information needed to do so.
We fill out all customs forms completely and honestly. Any duties, taxes or other charges, are the responsibility of the buyer. It is also the responsibility of international buyers to be aware of rules and restrictions for imports before placing an order.
Refunds and Exchanges
EXCEPTIONAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ITEMS have this exact phrase in their descriptions and are limited to those items alone. We've added this refund policy for a few select items to give piece of mind when buying items that are in the thousands of dollars.
We do not accept returns or refunds on any other items without exception unless we have made an error in filling your order.

Please double check your measurements when ordering jewelry. We make the size you order, so please don't be upset with us when the size ordered is incorrect. We are very happy to walk you thru how to measure correctly. Ask as many questions as it takes to be comfortable. We're here to help and really want you to love your new items. It breaks our hearts when a customer doesn't measure, orders the wrong size, and then is unhappy because we don't accept returns for these custom made items. Custom made to order is exactly that. We don't make it until we receive an order for it. We make the item you order. If you are unsure about anything you read in a listing, send us a message. That's what we're here for.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, THE SIZE CAN NOT BE CHANGED. PLEASE MEASURE. WE MAKE THE SIZE YOU ORDER. IF YOU ORDER AN INCORRECT SIZE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ERROR. Please understand that we cannot un-cut material, or take back the significant amount of work that goes into each order.
We will do everything possible to help you get an accurate measurement, and we're happy to answer as many questions as it takes to make sure you are comfortable with your order. We want you to love your new jewelry. We want you to wear it and show it off to all of your friends. A large percentage of our orders are generated thru referrals. It takes approximately 30 seconds to do a measurement. It breaks our hearts when a customer contacts us after they receive their order, and they have ordered the wrong size. We cannot fix that. Each piece is custom made one at a time. If we've made the piece in the size ordered, we've fulfilled our end of the contract entered into when an order is placed as explained in our policies. We cannot except a return or exchange an item for a different size, unless we make an error.
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of an order of any issues.
In the event we make an error, we will either replace the item, or issue a refund. We will choose the option based on the individual situation.
Again, PLEASE measure. You'll be glad you did, and we'll be glad you did:)
Additional policies and FAQs
Each handmade piece is a unique, one of a kind item. It is normal and expected that there may be slight differences from piece to piece, and may vary slightly from the item pictured. We do all the measurements by hand. Metal will move in different directions while being worked with. This can lead to slight differences in sizes. Again, this is normal. While we are human, on occasion we do make mistakes. If you order a 2 1/2 inch diameter, and we ship you a 2 1/4 inch diameter. Please contact us and we will correct this error. We may opt to issue a refund instead of shipping replacements.

If you sell your own items, we are happy to get a wholesale account set up for you. We do allow very low minimums to be eligible for wholesale pricing. We also accept custom orders for just about anything we carry. Just ask. If we don't carry an item, we might know of a good source for it, just ask. We feel our small businesses need to support each other to not only survive, but to grow and thrive. We try to run our business as good Christians, and actively practice the teachings of helping our fellow man.
