PAYMENT
Circle In The Sand accepts Paypal. Please make sure that your Paypal address matches your Etsy address, as I cannot ship out an item if they are different.

SHIPPING
My apologies for our insanely high postage rates.. our USPS has gone bonkers...Remember, if I overcharge you by more than $1.00, I will refund the overcharge back to your Paypal account.

I mail first class whenever possible, but if you prefer another method, please let me know in the Notes to Seller box on your transaction page, and I will send you a revised invoice with the additional shipping charges.

Buttons, paper flower embellishments and other small items are generally placed in a sealed plastic bag and mailed in a bubble envelope. Some of my smaller paper embellishments are mailed in a regular letter size envelope to save you postage fees. If the weight on any item exceeeds 13 ounces, it must be mailed Priority, per USPS regulations. If an item is fragile, I will include insurance in the shipping charge.

Your item(s) will be mailed out within 1-2 business days after I receive payment, and I just ask that you please leave feedback when the item reaches you so that I will know it arrived safely.






REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
It is my hope that you are totally satisfied with every item that you purchase from my shop. However, in the unlikely event that I have misrepresented an item, I will gladly accept a return and will refund all fees once I have received the item back in it's original condition.
