Would all non UK buyers please pay via paypal which is my prefered method of payment. All Paypal payments should be made on the same day of purchase. I will accept a postal order where necessary from UK buyers but please contact me prior to purchase if this is how you intend to pay.
All international purchases are sent via airmail, all UK purchases are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Buyers are welcome to request cover against loss and damage during transit, this is recommended for goods to the value of $60 or more. If you choose not to take cover for your purchase, I can not be held responsible for an item which has been damaged or lost. This policy is to protect both buyer and seller against loss. Please contact me prior to purchase for costs. I ship all my prints in hard backed envelopes and other goods in protective packaging. To keep shipping costs as low as possible and to help protect the environment, I may on occaision re-cycle a used envelope/packaging. Re-used envelopes/packaging will always be in good condition and protect the item inside. If your order is a gift and you would prefer a new envelope/packaging please let me know in note to seller. Please allow 3 working days for your item to be shipped. UK items usally arrive within 7 days and US items within 14. If you are concerned about your purchase, please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my items are accompanied by pictures, accurate descriptions and measurements. On this basis, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods unless they are not as described or they are faulty. This helps to avoid waste and loss on behalf of both the buyer and the seller, so please only purchase if you genuinley want the item! Where an item is faulty, an exchange will be offered. Where an item is not as described, a refund or an exchange will be offered. Please contact me to discuss these options where necessary. Please allow for slight variances in colour, as each monitor can show them differently.
Cover will be offered against loss/damage on all purchases, if this option is not accepted, refunds and replacements can not be offered where a purchase has been lost or damged in transit.

I love custom orders so please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to commission some design work. Submit your requirements and I will get back to you with a price and ideas. My prices are very reasonable and my turn-around is speedy whilst maintaining a high quality.
I am also willing to work on collaborations, so if you have an idea and you want to pair up, get in touch and I will discuss it with you.
Wholesale orders are welcome. Orders must consist of 15 items or more. Again, please contact me with your requirments. I do not offer items on consigment.
If you wish to feature any of my work in your blog, I would be super honoured, even more so if you let me know! No need to ask permission, just please credit images to Helen at ;)
All of my designs belong to me and nobody else, purchase of a print or design does not transfer copy right. Images are not to be used in a commercial way in either their original or altered state unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you have any doubts or questions, as always, feel free to contact me.
