How do I wash the collar?
Our collars can be spot cleaned when needed, or machine washed for regular care. Place inside a mesh bag or pillow case, wash in cold, and hang to dry. Always remove any ID tags before washing.
Wear and Tear
Our collars are handmade with care using high quality materials, but are not indestructible. Please supervise your pet while they wear their collar to ensure safety. Citrine Sunrise is not responsible for replacement of collars that have been intentionally destroyed by the pet.
