Welcome to CityBird Designs (CBD). Here at CBD all of the items are original, handmade designs by me. Some are one-of-a kind so if you see something that catches your fancy, don't wait!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Please be aware that I can not be responsible for your monitor's color settings. Most pictures represent the product and color well and if they do not I will note so in the description. For these reasons, I can not accept returns based on the color of the product. If something becomes damaged during shipping we can discuss options - just convo me!
Payment
For now, I only accept PayPal as payment. Please make payment within 24 hours. I'd prefer you not to cancel your order but if you must please do so within 24 hours as well.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ALWAYS when shipped in the United States! I use the good ole' fashioned post office (USPS First-Class mail) so please be aware of their noted holidays, etc. I usually ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, although if you need it sooner let me know and we can work something out. I ship USPS first class so when you receive it depends on where you live.

For the few larger items I offer (decorated letters, scrapbooks, wedding invitation sets) I may use USPS Priority Mail. If you would like insurance or a shipping method other than the standard USPS methods I offer then I ask that you please convo me before placing your order and we'll work out payment details to make this possible for you.

W E D D I N G Invitation Policies, Procedure & Pricing Information:

What will it cost?
• All wedding invitations are priced to include invitation and RSVP card and their respective envelopes.
• All wedding invitations are priced to be sold as sets of 50 (so you will receive 50 invitations and 50 RSVP cards and envelopes for each for the price noted for the invitation style you have selected).
• Other parts of wedding invitations will be sold ala carte in sets of 50 and will be priced according to the invitation style. We can speak personally to discuss what other invitation elements you would like.
• For custom wedding invitation sets I will require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Once completed and before shipment I will require the remainder of the purchase price be paid.
• Custom wedding invitation sets will be priced according to the style we discuss and you decide upon. (Please see the policies section for more information on custom wedding invitations).
• I will still offer free shipping for all invitations. However if you need them shipped any other method than USPS first class mail I will charge the customer for the extra shipping costs.

How does the process work?
• Check out the shop and decide which invitations you would like.
• If you would like a pre-designed wedding invitation set, just purchase the amount of sets of 50 you would like. I will contact you within 48 hours with a questionnaire regarding your wedding style, colors, pertinent wedding information, etc. You’ll send it back to me and I’ll get started. We will also discuss what other invitation elements you may need to purchase.
• If you would like custom invitations, please contact me so we can begin discussions. Once we decide to move forward I will put a custom order item for you in the shop where you will pay the $100 deposit. Upon completion I will put another customer order item for you in the shop where you can pay the remainder. After I receive your deposit, I will contact you within 48 hours with a questionnaire regarding your wedding style, colors, pertinent wedding information, etc. You’ll send it back to me and I’ll get started. We will also discuss what other invitation elements you may need to purchase.
• Once you decide on an invitation, whether pre-designed or custom, you and I will be in contact personally in order to ensure that you and your special someone are getting exactly what you want for your wedding invitations.

What are the policies?
• For pre-designed wedding invitation sets, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
• If you need the invitations sooner, please contact me and we can discuss the options.
• I will make up to three (3) changes on pre-designed invitation sets. This means that I will take the pre-designed invitation and change the pertinent event information, fonts and colors to match your desires up to three times to make sure we get it just right for you! I will charge $5 for each change after three (3) changes.
• I will make up to five (5) changes for custom wedding invitation sets. This means that I will make the above mentioned changes but also design changes. If you decide to purchase custom invitations we will definitely work closely together to make sure I understand your personal style, the wedding style, etc. I will charge $5 for each change after five (5) changes.
• For both pre-designed and custom wedding invitation sets I will be more than happy to send you electronic proofs via email during the process. I will send hard copy proofs but this may increase the design and delivery time and I will charge shipping for hard copy proofs. Costs will depend on the shipping method and your location.
• Please be aware that I can not be responsible for the color of your monitor. I do my best to describe the colors and to take the best pictures I can to properly reflect the colors of the invitations but computer monitors are different.

• For fill-in invitation listings – what you see is what you get. These are already designed and produced so there are no customization options available on the listing you see. However, that being said, if you see something you like but would like something more custom please contact me and I’m more than happy to work something custom for you. We’ll work through the details of pricing, timing, etc.
