Shipping
We will ship your purchase via USPS First class mail within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.

If you would like Priority shipping, we can send you a revised PayPal invoice for the extra cost. Please contact us if you need to discuss any other shipping options such as insurance on your item.

If this is a gift, please let us know the address to ship to and if you would like us to include a message to the recipient.

Your purchase will be carefully packaged and ready for giving as a gift (or as a gift to yourself!).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by convo or email (citychiccountrymouse@gmail.com) as soon as possible. A request for a return will be handled on a case by case basis. Item must be returned in original condition and in a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Our items are made in a smoke free studio. We do have doggies that sometimes visit us in our studio.
