Returns and exchanges
While I am fully confident in both the quality and aesthetic appeal of my work, I understand that there may be instances where a customer is not fully satisfied with the item they received. If this occurs,you must contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item to let me know that you feel that it is unsatisfactory. At this point, we can discuss options (refund or replacement) and resolve the issue. The customer will cover the cost of returning the item, unless there is a structural defect involved (loose threads, busted seams, etc.), in which case I(Christina Jones) will include the cost of return shipping in the refund, or discount it from the cost
of a replacement item. No money will be refunded until I have received the returned item, so make sure to get a tracking number or delivery confirmation.

I do not offer refunds on any custom items, unless there a structural defect.
I only accept payment via PayPal or Money Order. Any orders placed with money orders will not be shipped until I have received it.

Once you have ordered an item, I must receive payment within 2 days via Paypal, or within 1 week for money orders.

If you need to cancel your purchase, just send me a message to let me know, and I will get it taken care of for you.
I am currently only offering standard shipping via USPS. I will provide you with a tracking number upon shipping. If you need your item sooner than standard shipping can get it to you (which is usually 2-4 days), We can make arrangements for express shipment. I will do shipments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

All handbags will be packed in gift boxes and packed with tissue paper.

If you live in my area and would like to schedule pick up instead of shipment, just message me and we can discuss a meeting.

If you would like to give your item as a gift, just let me know (via message or email) and I will ship to wherever (within the U.S.) you need it to go :)

I completely welcome custom orders! If you see something in my shop that you like, but want it in a different color, different material, etc, just like me know, and we can definitely get something in the works. :)

For custom orders, I need at least 3-4 days to complete the item before shipping, but I will always provide you with the tracking number upon shipment.
