Orders will be packed up with the utmost care and as much cardboard as it takes to make sure they won't be crushed! However please understand that after an item has been shipped I cannot be held responsible for it, I will do everything I can before it goes in the post to make sure it gets to you safely.

Refunds and Exchanges
PAPER GEM GARLANDS are particularly delicate, and while I will do everything in my power to package them safely, I can only offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a few gems are crushed I may not be able to offer a refund. If by some very strange misfortune they are ALL crushed... that's another story.
