No. Custom text personalization is an optional, upgraded service, and an additional cost (+$). We hot stamp using individual metal letter dies that are pieced together to create your text. We offer two fonts, various foil colors & two stamp location options. The "description/item details" provides a list of limitations that must be read before ordering. Certain books can only be stamped in a specific color (such as blind stamp on velvets), or smaller books cannot have as many characters, etc... The last additional image on the listing has a font chart to show you exactly what the letters will look like. If you want to add personalization, the links can be found on each book listing, or under the "personalization" section on the shop.

Our "emblems" are pictures, or text made into a metal die in a specific size, design, and/or font. These cannot be adapted. Certain book styles include the emblem (only) in with the book cost- such as the beach guest book, funeral guest books, baby album, welcome binder, recipe binder. IF it's included, it will be stated on the listing under the "description" section, otherwise it is not. Some examples show emblems that are NOT included- such as "from this day forward" or any shown on vow books. Since we offer so many designs, we want customers to be able to choose the best option for their needs. You can see emblem options for purchase under the "personalization" section in the shop, or under book listing. Be advised of limitations.

There have been several instances that tracking states an item is delivered, but the package cannot be found. First thing we suggest is checking the premises, other entry doors, porches, check with your neighbors, building office, or a notification for a locker (for apt complex mailbox setting). Some shipments have arrived days later after it states it is delivered too (due to carrier error). You can reach out to your local post or for UPS file a claim online with your tracking number provided. For USPS- the earliest the Missing Mail application will allow you to submit a search request is seven days after the original date of mailing. After that, a claim investigation on their website can be filed.

*Nubuck leathers cannot be stamped in foil colors. They can only be stamped in Blind, no color, just the impression.

*Velvet is only stamped in Blind, no color as well. Foil colors do not adhere to the velvet material.

1.) GUEST BOOKS - lined or blank pages (10x8, 4x10): can only hold hand written signatures and messages. The spine is NOT made to accomodate photos or dimensional items.

2.) PAPER PAGE PHOTO ALBUMS (9x7, 9x12 Horizontal, 9x12 Vertical, 9x14 black page, 12x12): can hold both hand written messages and photos. There are spacers towards the spine that help ease potential splaying or yawning when photos are added. You will need to attach photos with a photo adhesive.

3.) CLEAR SLEEVE PHOTO ALBUMS (9x9, 5x6 brag): can only hold 4x6" size photos. These have clear sleeves that you can slide your photo into, and a paper backing behind (not transparent all the way through).
