I've always loved colour and the way light reacts with faceted stones and crystals. Jewelry was a logical step.

All items are shipped "gift ready". Let me know in the message to seller if you would like me to include a gift card and small note (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note).
I ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All custom designs are shipped within 10 business days of payment clearing.
CANADIAN BUYERS - please allow up to 6 weeks from date of shipping for shipment to arrive.
I combine shipping on multiple purchases.
All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal or Etsy depending on your payment method.
If you paid via Paypal and your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the message to seller note during checkout.
If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address furnished during ETSY checkout.
Due to shipping restrictions imposed by many international countries I'm not able to automatically ship jewelry outside of the US on checkout. Many countries that do accept jewelry shipments have strict customs and duties rules, as such I am currently not automatically shipping outside of the US. If you are interested in purchasing one of my pieces, please contact me via Etsy convo. If your country allows jewelry shipments and you are aware of the potential custom levies and agree to the below terms, I'll be able to ship to your location (sorry, I know it's a pain, but countries are really cracking down and many Etsy buyers have been disappointed with custom fees. I don't want my buyers to be among them).
CUSTOM FEES, DUTIES, COURIER OR POSTAL FEES ARE TAXES/CHARGES/FEES IMPOSED ON YOUR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT. YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY CUSTOMS/LOCAL POSTAGE FEES/DUTIES ON YOUR IMPORTED PURCHASE.
I cannot accept returns on items as a result of Customs or Duties charged to you by your country of residence. Any non-custom made item refused by you and/or returned to me by your local Custom & Duty office will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Custom-made items cannot be refunded.
It is a US federal offense for me to falsify purchase amounts on customs forms, so I am unable to mark items as "Gift" or state an incorrect purchase price.
Please be aware of your local laws and fees. While you may have ordered many items internationally in the past, you never know when Customs is going to stop your package. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY. If after purchasing your item you wish to cancel, due to your local customs laws, before I ship, I'm happy to refund your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot accept returns on custom designed items or custom sized items.
Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
The purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded in the manner it was paid upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions.
If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Please be sure of your size before ordering. There is a $15 charge for resizing returned items.
Clare Stoker reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.
I leave feedback in batches after items have shipped. I endeavor to leave feedback once a month.
