Welcome to Classic Collector! We strive to provide the highest quality vintage and antique collectibles at a reasonable price.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept all Major Credit Cards through PayPal. We do not accept credit card purchases outside of the PayPal system. You may pay with a credit card through PayPal without having or without using a PayPal account. You will need to check the PayPal box when in the Checkout mode. Then, when you get the PayPal screen, you will need to remove your e-mail address from the box and then click where it says "Pay with credit or debit card", which should show as a hotlink, and is below where you would normally put in your e-mail and password. At that point you will be able to bypass your PayPal account (if you have one) and put in your credit card information to make the payment.

* INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS* Please be aware that Etsy added wording under each item price stating that "VAT/TAXES are included where applicable". I am a seller located in the United States, and have no way to collect or pay these taxes. VAT/TAXES are NOT included in the price of my items and may be collected upon delivery by your government. I apologize if this causes any confusion. Please understand it was Etsy that added this wording to my items and I have no control over it.

If you live outside of the continental United States please contact us for your exact shipping charges if they are not posted, or if you feel they are too high for your destination.
Shipping
OUR SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE UNITED STATES ARE BASED ON THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY!

All Other Buyers: Please contact us for the exact shipping charges prior to making your purchase if they are not already posted on the listing. This includes Alaska and Hawaii or any other off shore residents.

Most of our items ship via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking.

Shipping charges include all packaging, handling fees and delivery confirmation. If you require insurance please contact us for any additional charges.

Domestic Handling Time: Items are typically shipped within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. For weekend or holiday purchases you can expect an extra day or two before your item is shipped due to post office hours.

As a seller, we are not responsible for service transit time. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods, such as holidays, and packages traveling across the country or overseas may take a bit longer.
Refunds and Exchanges
We strive to keep our clients 100% satisfied. We certainly don't expect that anyone will be unhappy with their purchases; but if that does occur we will do our best to rectify any problems you may have.

We describe our items as accurately as we possibly can, but we may miss something in our listing, especially when listing vintage items. Please contact us immediately with any issues you may have regarding your purchase before leaving feedback. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase; that's our personal goal. So please don't feel afraid to contact us if you aren't 100% satisfied.

When returning an item you must first contact us to let us know of your problem or issues. We will get back to you promptly.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with all the original packaging materials, and in the original package that it was shipped in within 7 days of receipt of the item to receive a full refund of the purchase price. We will reimburse return shipping charges only if we grossly misrepresented the item in our listing, and only up to the amount originally paid to ship the item to you.

For buyers outside of the continental United States, we will not issue a refund for VATs (Value Added Taxes) or Customs levies imposed by the buyer's country for imported merchandise. VATs and country levies are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding any of our merchandise before you make a purchase, including any need for additional photos, as well as for information on our shipping charges outside of the continental United States if they are not already posted on the listing. We will always get back to you in a timely manor.

Insurance: Purchases do not include insurance unless otherwise stated in our listing. If you wish to purchase insurance on your shipment please convo us for any additional costs.

*****PLEASE NOTE: Etsy has recently revamped its feedback system. Buyers will now have a 5 Star System to use for a "review" of the transaction. Sellers no longer have the ability to provide feedback to buyers. This system is completely optional for the buyer to use; even though Etsy may take the initiative to query the buyer directly to complete the review without the seller's request, knowledge or permission. As always, if there is a concern about an item that you purchase from our shop, please contact us immediately after delivery and we will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
