At this time, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the desire to return the item is based upon a mistake on my part in the listing of the item.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase and will be processed through paypal. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, the item will be relisted.

I am currently only shipping twice per week, so it may take up to a week or longer for you to receive your item if being shipped in the US. If you need your item quickly, for example to wear to an upcoming event or party, please let me know at the time of purchase and I will make sure to get your item shipped promptly.

All items mailed within the US are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. International shipments are mailed using USPS Global Priority Mail where available.

Items are not shipped with insurance unless you contact me and pay the extra $2-$3 for insurance. Once the package leaves my hands I trust that the USPS will keep your package safe from loss or damage.

I do reserve listings for people if you are truly in love with something but need a couple more days to purchase. However, I will only hold something for up to 48 hours.
