They communicated well, showed me the final result of my custom request before shipping to make sure I liked it, and was very polite and quick to respond. My ring arrived very quick and it looks beautiful, I already love wearing it at all times!

All items are listed with their measurements, if you are unsure about the size please convo me before purchasing.
Items are photographed and listed as true to color as possible, however, each screen you view items on can vary. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
If a piece breaks or has a defect, please contact me as soon as possible.

Payment
I am required by law to collect Washington State Sales tax from residents of Washington state. If this applies to you, the sales tax will be added upon checkout.
Check and money order, orders will be delivered when the funds have cleared. I like to ship as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
All orders withing the US will be shipped within 5-7 business days through USPS with delivery confirmation. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. If you need your order faster, please contact me to discuss shipping upgrades.
Orders out of the United States can have added delays due to international shipping and customs. Canadian customers have been experiencing customs delays.
International orders may be subject to duties and custom fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Purchases should ship within 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise in the listing.. If you would like upgraded of expedited delivery you will be charged extra, please contact me to discuss shipping upgrades.
