Our new store has finally come to life. The items you see were made by myself and my sister. We are both self proclaimed "craftista-extraordinaire's". We have been members of Etsy since 2009, buying items we found on here and then I realized I should be selling my own things on ETSY. I have another ETSY store, "northernnoggintopper" (please check for my reliability and quality and craftmanship rating) where I sell my crochet hats.

Before joining Etsy as a "seller", my sister and I would make and sell jewelry at local craft fairs and for charity fund raisers. I would sell my crochet hats at the local Farmers Market, I've lost count for how many I've made and sold.

Our goal here at ClassyCase is to provide you with a quality product at a reasonable price that you will enjoy and be very happy to own. We wouldn't sell anything that we thought wasn't a quality product because we are consumer's also and we would expect the same from any other shop we would buy from. We stand behind our cases so if for any reason you aren't satisfied, please let us know by sending us a convo so we can work out a replacement or exchange because we want our customers to be 100% happy.

We accept payments through Paypal. Payment is expected and must clear prior to shipping.

Once payment has cleared, I will immediately ship the item (if purchased over a holiday, I will ship out on the next available business day that the post office is open).


Please let me know if you want insurance on your item and I will adjust your total to include it but you MUST REQUEST THIS PRIOR TO PAYMENT.

If we are having a sale in our store and we provide you a coupon code, that coupon code MUST be used (entered) prior to payment in order to obtain discount.

If you are located in San Diego and would like to pick your item up rather than receiving it in the mail PLEASE CONVO ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE so I can adjust the shipping cost off of the listing you're planning on purchasing. Please INCLUDE A NOTE TO SELLER with your phone number when purchasing the item you wish to pick up so we can schedule a mutually convenient time for pickup.

♥♥Please double check your address and make sure it is correct.. There will be no refunds or re-shipments if the address you provided is wrong.

All orders will be shipped US postal PRIORITY flat rate envelopes (these usually arrive within 3 days (for US orders only) after being mailed out however I cannot guarantee this time frame) . I also use delivery confirmation.

The post office estimates delivery to be approximately 3 days but they do not guarantee that time frame so I cannot guarantee delivery time.

All orders will be shipped to the address you provide to PAYPAL. I WILL CONFIRM THE ADDRESS ETSY has provided me for you MATCHES YOUR PAYPAL INFORMATION so PLEASE make sure they are the same so there is no confusion or delay in shipment of your order. Please convo me if you want ship to a different address.

I am not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected or that are delayed. Please let me know if you want insurance and I will adjust your total to include it.

SHIPPING COST INCREASE - 01/22/12 the USPS raised their rates and therefore, I had to adjust my shipping fees to reflect current US Postal Service rate increases. If you prefer NOT to have your item shipped via USPS Priority mail to save on shipping, please convo me and I will adjust your shipping to reflect a regular "First Class Mail" shipping method. Please note that First Class Mail takes longer than Priority Mail and may take 5 business days or longer for you to receive depending on your location. You MUST convo me PRIOR to payment for me to adjust your shipping method and rate otherwise item will be shipped via usps priority mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me IMMEDIATELY by convo to discuss options for exchanges or replacements.

CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

***Shipping charges are NOT refundable and buyer is responsible for return postage if a return or exchange is requested***
