Shipping
I ship all items USPS priority mail. Please check my shipping and policy section for current shipping times. In fairness to all customers ALL orders are filled in the order that they are purchased. I will send you an email with the tracking information once your item is ready to ship. If you require insurance or have any other specific shipping needs, please convo me before purchasing an item with your specific shipping request.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my number one concern. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item should there be a problem.

Only items listed as 'in stock' can be returned. Please be advised if I create a custom listing for you or you purchase an item that is personalized it CANNOT be returned. Should the personalized item have the name spelled differently then the one you provided then of course I will gladly exchange it for a new one.

Returns are at your own expense. The returned item must be postmarked with in 7 days of your recorded receiving of it. Items must be in the same new condition in which you received it. If I determine it not it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Once I determine the item is resalable I will refund the purchase price minus the shipping fees.
