I am from Chile, between the sea and the Andes. I grow up in a little port, steep in the hills, playing free, always was part of my childhood .... so now I am so grateful to my mom for give me so precious present, let me live without being afraid of fly.
Everything in this store has been designed and lovely handmade by me, in my home-studio, in Isla de Maipo - Chile

Designer and creator of dreams and ideas, all kind of materials are my favorite
I am Claudia, but every one calls me Clau...
I can't remember a time in my life without doing handwork or handcraft and I became a Graphic designer, but my passion was always make accessories and jewels
So I never stop doing it until this became my profession full time, design something for someone special or just for fun is addictive to me. I need my beads my bench and my workroom is where I am really free and happy

Returns and exchanges
If this is not possible you can return the product within 14 days with full refund - shipping costs not included.
--Lost Packages--
Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
I will fill in the claim and while the claim is being proceed, I will resend the same item to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
Payment
*Please make sure to submit payment at the time of purchase.
*For non-paying buyers, the transaction will be canceled. I'll wait for payment until two days after that deadline will cancel the transaction.
*If there's any problem, don't hesitate to contact me.
*International buyers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes.
Shipping
I ship worldwide with chilean postal service with delivery confirmation number. It takes about 2-3 weeks to be delivered to USA, and approx. 4 weeks to Europe.
Express shipping option takes only 1to 6 days worldwide. Please contact me for details.
If you want a special gift package or personalized message, I will be glad to make this, just contact me.

Order processing time is usually 1 - 3 business days.
Delivery takes about 1-5 weeks depending on your location.
*When a package is not claimed in the post office and is returned to me, the buyer must pay the shipping again.

I send order to PayPal one, so please check is update. If you want me to ship your order to another address, please just contact me via etsy message.
