Additional policies and FAQs
Q: How do you make a print? I always thought a print was a reproduction?
A: All of my work is hand-pulled prints, unless specified otherwise.
First, images are created on a plate. Then the plate is inked. Wet paper is placed over the plate and the pressure of the printing press transfers the image from the plate onto the paper. These prints are not reproductions or scanned from a computer and printed on a printer. Any digital art on my site will be indicated as such.

Q. What is the meaning of the numbers on the bottom of the print?
A: If a print is part of an edition...meaning that the same plate is inked and printed multiple times, then the numbers will indicate the amount of pieces in that edition. Sometimes the same plate is inked differently and is part of a series. Then the name of the print will indicate how big the series is. (example: Landscape 1, Landscape 2, etc.)

Q: Why are the colors on the print that I received different from what I saw on Etsy?
A: The actual colors may vary slightly from what you saw, due to the nature of the scanning or photo process, and the variance of individual monitor settings. I try to get as close to the original color as I can when I post my work on ETSY.
